2030 Sustainability Strategy + Program Development

Mejuri is a high-growth jewelry company with operations across 3 continents, including 500 employees and 50 stores. 

The brand was built on the mission to transform the traditional jewelry industry by empowering individuals to celebrate themselves and taking innovative approaches to sustainability. 

Mejuri looked to Earthly Strategies to help elevate their sustainability strategy in line with their growing ambitions. Our team built the foundation for driving sustainability across all functions and ensuring continuous progress, including through the next slate of commitments and programs. Some highlights from our engagement include:

  • Leading the cross-functional process to develop Mejuri’s first set of sustainability goals across People, Planet, Product and Philanthropy areas
  • The submission (and validation) of Mejuri’s Science-Based Target and GHG emissions reduction roadmap 
  • Achievement of Positive Luxury’s Butterfly Mark Certification, awarded to brands who demonstrate real change through exceeding industry standards for people and nature
